This one hour session is a space for birth workers who are ready to grow. Whether you are just stepping into this calling or have years of experience and need a moment to pause, recenter, and reconnect with your purpose. This offering is not about checklists or scripted strategies, it's about you. Your questions, your challenges, your visions, your quiet doubts, your soul in this work. I bring over fifteen years of experience as a birth worker, herbalist, educator, and mentor. I have built a practice while raising five children and staying grounded in both ancestral wisdom and evidence based care. I have supported hundreds of doulas as they find their rhythm, their power, and their place in this work. In our time together, we might explore: • How to attract clients who align with your values • Ways to structure your offerings with clarity and care • Navigating hard births or moments of uncertainty • Building a practice that sustains your spirit and your livelihood • Honoring your lineage and deepening your trust in yourself • Financial success, because you deserve that • Or simply returning to the heart of why you said yes to this path This is a space where you are seen without being measured.
